What Are You Holding On To?

Yes, it is something that you can manage BUT you have to identify what you are holding on to. What is it that is holding you back and always seems to keep you stuck?

This is something that you must not ignore. You cannot cover over it and leave it festering within you. It is harmful to your future and any lifegoals you have planned.

You have to ask yourself, is my ultimate goal, worth me being vulnerable?

You have to allow yourself to be vulnerable before you eliminate it and build yourself up again.

One question to ask yourself that is important is  - Am I willing to sacrifice my ultimate goal in life to keep hold of those negative emotions and experiences from my past that stop me from achieving them?

Hold on to the past or make an awesome future for yourself?

This is what it really comes down to. Is your past more important than your future?
